Domestic Violence: Deepening Our Undertanding

Hi Everyone,

Here is a copy of a DV Training I will be presenting shortlly.  I hope you find it educational and thought-provoking.

My Kindest Regards,

Cecille

Sacred Space

My clients never cease to amaze me - their strength, courage and committment.  I have the utmost respect for them for creating the space to be educated, challenged and inspired.

Ever felt torn between what you feel and what you 'know'.  That is also known as Cognitive Dissonance - where you can't be on the same page with yourself.

We all struggle with this from time to time.  In a world that promotes constant distraction and dissatisfaction, it's hard to ascertain what it is that YOU truly desire vs what is it that YOU THINK OTHERS EXPECT OF YOU.

Reflection

Hi Everyone - from time to time and much more often lately, I have random reflective thoughts.  I would like to share one that recently came to me:

"Your spirit cannot break without your consent".
